Regular License (Single Website License)

Regular License (also called Single Website License) allows you to use the product worldwide and lifetime. You are allowed to use the product for your single website or your company’s website or your client’s website.

Regular License is only used for a single website, a single domain, and cannot be used for multiple websites.

You are permitted:

• Customize the product, edit the product source code, edit the design to use for a single website.
• You have right to change the product name, remove credit links, power by links.
• You are allowed to transfer a final website, resell your final website that using the product.

You are not permitted:

• Use for multiple websites with a single Regular License.
• Use the product on other website even you already removed the product on the original website without prior notice and our accept.
• Redistribute, resell our source code, design or modified source code, design.

If the product is a Shopify theme, you can only use it for your Shopify-based website.

Using the product for other platforms is not permitted. For example, you cannot use Shopify theme for your Magento website, You cannot use Shopify theme to extract HTML to use on another platform / CMS.

Extended License

An extended license allows you to use our product to create another product or embed our product into your product. Your created product must be a final product distributed or sold to end-users. That means your product must not be used to embed in other products, must not be used to be inherited by other products.

An extended license is used for only one product.

You are entitled to use the product to develop for other platforms or CMS. For example, you can purchase an extended license of our Shopify theme to create your Magento theme for selling.

You are entitled to use all the product source code or a part of the product/source code.

You can edit the product source code, rename, remove credit links.

You are not allowed to remove copyright notices, copyright comments in source code, and related files that contain license information.

Free Theme

• Free themes are personal/commercial use only.
• Resell/redistribution of the free items is not allowed.
• Include in an end product to sell as a theme is not allowed.
• Freelancers/Developers are allowed to use/modify for their customer websites.
• Free themes don’t include support to fix any theme errors.
